Shipping Options Explained

Free Shipping* Orders over $200 ship free, we usually ship either USPS or FEDEX and generaly ground options 2-5 days depending on the distance. 

Ground Shipping* This is auto applied if your order is below $200, If you select this option with an order over $200 we will do our best to upgrade your shipping option to the next fastest option ex Priority Shipping if it will cut the shipping time.

Priority / Express* We will ship out 2 Day Priority or Fedex Express and do our best to get you your product within 2-3 days. This option is useful if you are on the West Coast, Hawaii, Alaska or in US territories.

2 Day /  Overnight* We will ship out Overnight Standard or Priority Fedex or USPS Express. This option is useful if you are on the West Coast, Hawaii, Alaska or in US territories.

Customers in Hawaii, Alaska & US territories. Please note we do our best to fulfill your shipping option selections accurately that being said the rates provided often times are only accurate for those in the Contiguous US. That is if you select “Overnight” and are in Alaska we will ship 2 Day Express because of cost constraints.

Is your inventory live?

We do our best to maintain a live inventory, all “in stock products” are available. Refined searches are your best friend; take advantage of our robust category layout.

How quickly is my order processed?

Handling times vary from 1-3 business days on select items; see table reference below* We cannot ship on weekends, holidays and postal holidays. Last Updated 1/3/23. Most Items are 2-5 business day delivery with 1 day handling.

Can I backorder?

we will never intentionally charge you for a product that is out of stock. You can request a  product that is currently in “out of stock” status through the contact form or by adding it to your Wishlist and we will reach out to you when the product is back in stock. We encourage you to reach out to us for any items that you want that are “out of stock” or that you think we should carry. It is very likely that we can get you the said item from a partner within 4-9 business days regardless of stock and listing status on our site. For example if you don’t see the type of SIG or Holosun optic, Bulk Ammunition or even Magazines that you are looking for, please reach out to us with your request and we can likely fulfill it by leveraging our partner’ inventories.


Do you provide a tracking number?

We strive to provide tracking information for each order within 48 hours. If you do not get any information after 48 hours reach out to us for tracking.


Is my package insured or do I have to sign for it?

We will either insure a package or signature request a package this is based solely on our discretion. We cover package loss/ theft up to delivery that means if the package is marked “delivered” and you did not receive it then you must reach out to the post office and your neighbors to try to located the package. We must draw a line in the sand and cover up to the delivery costs out of pocket with 0 hassle to you. Please note if you are shipping to company or place of business include the name of your business in the address lines to insure the least room for error.


Orders over $3000

If you are going to place a large order of $3000 or over with us, please reach out to us prior to placing the order. For orders over $3000 we require adult signature & must match your billing and shipping by verifying your identity. These steps are to protect us & our customers from fraud.


Where do you ship?

We can ship to the USA & it’s territories (ITAR applied) only. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to certain destinations.

JIG  are on a growing list of states that we do not ship to (CA, NY). 

No Ammunition to CA, NY, MA (without proof of gun license)

Binary Triggers will not be sold/shipped to WA, ID, CA, HI, IA, IL, NY, NJ, MD, DC, DE, CT, RI, FL

It is your responsibility to know before you buy.

How will my order get here?

Shipping carriers are purely at our discretion we primarily use USPS & fedex but will occasionally use UPS. We don’t like putting all of our eggs in one basket and are flexible.

Please also note that the shipping and handling rates right now are flat. 


I want to cancel my order!

If you would like to cancel an order, please contact us before the order has shipped.  Orders cancelled before shipping will receive full refund instantly. Orders that have shipped must go through our customer service before being returned. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery for us to authorize a return. To receive full refund, we must be contacted before 30 days.  Any products that return marred or are past the 30 day mark must be approved through our tech team or customer service before return for refund can begin. 

This product isn’t a good fit!

We do allow remorse purchase returns there is a restocking fee of 10% for all remorse returns and accidental purchase returns. Once the product is shipped and arrives you must inspect the item and reach out to us with any issues within the 30 day period. It is the buyers responsibility to verify all details about the product before they make a purchase, We carry a large inventory and are working on providing as much information about what we carry. That being said sometimes all you have is one picture and a name and it is your responsibility to purchase a item that will fit your weapon/needs. If you have any questions about product details or pictures please reach out to us. We would love to help you.

Example; I purchased this Streamlight but it doesn’t fit my pistol, in this scenario we will allow the item to be returned if you reach out to us within the 30 days. There is a 10% restocking fee.

I got the wrong item!

All products that are received incorrectly or defective will automatically result in a warranty exchange or full refund. Please contact our customer service through email for us to begin the warranty process. For defective or incorrect products please contact support@araxsystemsllc.com. In these cases all return shipping is provided and paid for. 

I never got my item!

We do our best to provide you a tracking number. We will either request a signature or insure products (especially over $200) out of pocket. That being said we understand that things do get lost in the mail. If you were provided the tracking information we urge you to reach out to your local post office and or post master and check with your neighbors. If you were never provided a tracking number by us than we do cover the cost of the product and will issue a refund. 

When will I get my refund?

In the instances when refunds are issued. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1-3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
