Holosun 510C FDE Red Dot HS510C-FDE – Overview –

The HS510C is a versatile open reflex optic designed for long gun applications. HS510C is at home on carbines, PCCs, and shotguns due its durable design. HS510C features and aluminum housing with titanium hood for added shock resilience and includes a QD absolute co-witness mount (1.41” dot height).

HS510C is packed with Holosun innovation including Solar Failsafe, Shake Awake, MRS (Multi-Reticle System), Red Super LED with up to 50k hour battery life, with 10 daylight and 2 night vision compatible intensity settings. A lower 1/3 co-witness spacer is available separately from Holosun dealers that increases the dot height to 1.63”.

Solar Failsafe™

Solar Failsafe Technology is one of many innovations featured on solar-equipped Holosun optics. With Solar Failsafe, if your battery fails you always have a backup power source when natural or artificial light is available. Solar Failsafe is activated while in Auto Mode where reticle intensity is automatically adjusted based on the amount of light the solar cell receives. In brighter conditions you have a brighter reticle and in lower-light conditions the reticle will step down in intensity to match any lighting conditions. On models equipped with a super capacitor, it is possible to run the optic, indefinitely, in daytime and night conditions, by maintaining a charge through the Solar Failsafe System all without a battery.

Built for AR-style carbines, PCCs, and tactical shotguns, this optic combines a wide viewing window, advanced technology, and durable construction to deliver fast target acquisition and reliable performance in demanding environments.

At the core of the HS510C-FDE is Holosun’s Multi-Reticle System (MRS), which allows shooters to switch between a 2 MOA red dot, a 65 MOA circle, or a combined circle-dot reticle. This flexible system allows users to tailor the optic for different shooting scenarios. The large circle helps guide the eye to the center aiming point for rapid target acquisition in close-quarters engagements, while the precise 2 MOA dot allows for more accurate shooting at longer distances.

The optic uses Holosun’s Super LED technology, delivering up to 50,000 hours of battery life from a CR2032 battery. Solar Failsafe technology provides a secondary power source using ambient light and automatically adjusts brightness when in auto mode, helping ensure the reticle remains visible in changing lighting conditions.

Constructed with a durable aluminum housing and a protective titanium hood, the HS510C-FDE is engineered to withstand recoil, impacts, and harsh environmental conditions.
