Occasionally, we make a mistake – in most cases, we will do our best to honor our pricing, but we reserve the right to nullify a sale if a listed price was egregiously wrong or obviously a mistake. Free Shipping* Orders over $200 ship free, we usually ship either USPS or FEDEX and generaly ground options 3-5 days depending on the distance.
Ground Shipping* This is auto applied if your order is below $200, If you select this option with an order over $200 we will do our best to upgrade your shipping option to the next fastest option example – Priority Shipping if it will cut the shipping time.
Priority / Express* We will ship out USPS Priority or Fedex/UPS Express and do our best to get you your product within 2-4 business days. This option is useful if you are on the West Coast, Hawaii, Alaska or in US territories. Upgraded shipping tpyically jumps you infront of other pending orders cutting down handling times for your order.
2 Day / Overnight* We will ship out 2Day or Overnight using either Fedex or UPS. This option is useful if you are on the West Coast, Hawaii, Alaska or in US territories. Upgraded shipping tpyically jumps you infront of other pending orders cutting down handling times for your order.
Customers in Hawaii, Alaska & US territories. Please note we do our best to fulfill your shipping option selections accurately that being said the rates provided often times are only accurate for those in the Contiguous US. That is if you select “Overnight” and are in Alaska we will always ship 2 Day Overnight because of cost constraints.

We do our best to provide you a tracking number. We will either request a signature or insure products out of pocket with no hassle to you. That being said we understand that things do get lost in the mail. If you were provided the tracking information we urge you to reach out to your local post office and or post master and check with your neighbors. If you were never provided a tracking number by us than we do cover the cost of the product and will issue a refund.
Is your inventory live?
We do our best to maintain a live inventory, all “in stock products” are available. Refined searches are your best friend; take advantage of our robust category layout.
How quickly is my order processed?
Handling times vary from 1-3 business days on select items; see table reference below* We cannot ship on weekends, holidays and postal holidays. Last Updated 1/3/23. Most Items are 2-5 business day delivery with 1 day handling.
Do you provide a tracking number?
We strive to provide tracking information for each order within 48 hours. If you do not get any information after 48 hours reach out to us for tracking.
Is my package insured or do I have to sign for it?
We will either insure a package or signature request a package this is based solely on our discretion. We cover package loss/ theft up to delivery that means if the package is marked “delivered” and you did not receive it then you must reach out to the post office and your neighbors to try to located the package. We must draw a line in the sand and cover up to the delivery costs out of pocket with 0 hassle to you. Please note if you are shipping to company or place of business include the name of your business in the address lines to ensure the least room for error.
Where do you ship?
We can ship to the USA & it’s territories (ITAR applied) only. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to certain destinations.
JIG are on a growing list of states that we do not ship to (CA, NY, MD).
No Ammunition to CA, NY, MA (without proof of gun license)
Binary Triggers will not be sold/shipped to WA, ID, CA, HI, IA, IL, NY, NJ, MD, DC, DE, CT, RI, FL

How will my order get here?
Shipping carriers are purely at our discretion we primarily use USPS & fedex but will occasionally use UPS. We don’t like putting all of our eggs in one basket and are flexible.
Please also note that the shipping and handling rates right now are flat.
High Ticket Items
If you are going to place a large order of $3000 or over with us, please reach out to us prior to placing the order. For orders over $3000 we require adult signature & must match your billing and shipping by verifying your identity. These steps are to protect us & our customers from fraud.
To cancel an order, please contact us before the order has shipped. Orders cancelled before shipping will receive full refunds. Orders that have shipped or are on truck to ship must go through our customer service before being returned. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery for us to authorize a return. To receive full refund, we must be contacted before 30 days. Any products that return marred or are past the 30 day mark must be approved through our team refunds can begin. It is your responsibility to verify your received order within 30 days of delivery.
Customers are able to return un-used products within the 30day period for a in store credit to initiate an exchange or use the credit for future purchases. Once the item has been received & inspected a full credit will be issued to the customers account as long as the product is in a “like new” condition.
We do allow remorse purchase returns there is a restocking fee of 10% for remorse returns and accidental purchase returns as long as the product is sent back in like new condition. Please note that shipping paid is non-refundable. If you a returning a product and paid for any type of shipping that cost will not be refunded since the shipping services are consumable. Arax Systems reserves the right to recoup damages to used products that are being returned not in the original condition whether in spec or defective aside from unsealed external packaging. Here are two examples.
Example 1; I purchased a Streamlight but it doesn’t fit my pistol, in this scenario we will allow the item to be returned if you reach out to us within the 30 days.
There is a 10% restocking fee and you must cover the shipping and return the item in the same condition it was sent.
Example 2; A optic was purchased and used and you did not like it or it was not a good fit and it is returned with parts missing i.e. mounting screws, mounts, stickers, obvious mounting marks and marring etc.
We reserve the right to recoup costs of replacing all parts or loss in sales of used product by subtracting more then 10% from the refund.
Example 3: Customer purchases a product and claims there is a defect with a canted reticle etc.
We will verify if there is in fact a defect with said item, if we are not able to replicate the defect we will charge our customers a 10% restock fee as long as the return meets the previous criteria.
Once the product arrives you must inspect the item and reach out to us with any issues within the 30 day period, We recommend checking the item for fit and operation before unsealing any other accessories that came with it, such as mounting screws and manuals.
It is the buyers responsibility to verify all details about the product before they make a purchase, We carry a large inventory and are working on providing as much information as possible. If you have any questions about product details or pictures please reach out to us, we would love to help you.
In the instances when refunds are issued. You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of successful return delivery back to us. We are not responsible for lost or missing return packages unless we are covering the shipping ourselves. In events where the buyer is responsible for shipping labels/packages back they must take all steps necessary to insure the shipment to complete the refund/return process.
All products that are received incorrectly or defective will automatically result in a warranty exchange or full refund. Please contact our customer service through email for us to begin the warranty process your RMA number will be your order number unless otherwise notified. For defective or incorrect products please contact support@araxsystemsllc.com, in these cases all return shipping is provided and paid for unless return reason is fraudulent.
Select Products are available for backorder providing an excellent opportunity for customers who want to get early access or seek to purchase an item on sale that is temporarily out of stock. When a customer places a backorder through our system we charge your card to secure your place in line. This way, someone who does not want to commit cannot reserve an allocation before someone who does.
Backorders can be canceled at anytime free of charge as long as they are still in the backorder status. When your backorder ships and you had forgot to cancel it then we must go through the standard return refund process. Although we do our best to fulfill all backorders, events in the industry can take place causing a discontinuation of products or cessation of relations. When placing a backorder there is no guarantee that we will be able to fulfill it at a future point. If a backorder cannot be fulfilled we will cancel your backorder without prior warning, please do not take cancelation of backorders personally.
Backorders are separate from in stock notification! Backorders and in stock notifications are separate lists and operate independent of each other. Backordered products will be fulfilled first come first served.
