ARO EVO Red 2MOA Red ARO-EVO-GR2 – Overview –

ARO-EVO is the ARO (Advanced Rifle Optic) EVOlved. ARO-EVO features an all-new 26mm housing design that offers a larger sight picture providing the user with more information for improved performance shooting along with our new lower 1/3 co-witness pedestal mount. The newly designed housing mates perfectly with our magnifier series and includes a new lens cap and anti-reflection device system. Additionally, AROEVO is available with our new Special Purpose Reticle (SPR) which is a bullet-drop compensating and ranging reticle which balances the performance of a 2MOA dot with accuracy at intermediate distances. ARO-EVO is available with our Special Purpose Reticle or a 2MOA dot only in Red, Green, and Gold.

Solar Failsafe™

Solar Failsafe Technology is one of many innovations featured on solar-equipped Holosun optics. With Solar Failsafe, if your battery fails you always have a backup power source when natural or artificial light is available. Solar Failsafe is activated while in Auto Mode where reticle intensity is automatically adjusted based on the amount of light the solar cell receives. In brighter conditions you have a brighter reticle and in lower-light conditions the reticle will step down in intensity to match any lighting conditions. On models equipped with a super capacitor, it is possible to run the optic, indefinitely, in daytime and night conditions, by maintaining a charge through the Solar Failsafe System all without a battery.

Available in red, green, or gold reticle colors, the ARO-EVO adapts to your preferred sight picture.

Holosun’s Solar Failsafe™ technology ensures uninterrupted performance by automatically adjusting reticle brightness to match ambient light conditions, while also serving as a backup power source if the battery fails. Combined with Shake Awake™ technology, the optic automatically powers on with movement and conserves battery life when idle.
