Excellent little rifle or shotgun light. Threw mine on a Beretta 1301 Tactical that I have set up for home defense. Where this light shines (no pun intended) is indoor use. The light produces more of a floodlight beam than a focused spotlight beam, which means when you are flashing a wall close to you it isn’t going to blind you with intense reflection. You might have a harder time identifying at distances outdoors with this light, but I don’t think that’s what this light was designed for. Highly recommend this light!
